These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the md444 platform and all associated services. By using the md444 website, creating an account, or using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

3. Account Management & Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. The following must be observed:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the md444 support team immediately.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing funds at md444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All methods are secure and encrypted. When making a deposit, ensure the account number and amount are correct — md444 is not responsible for incorrect transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met for a successful withdrawal:

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at md444 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 will apply the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, allowing you to start with a total of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. That means for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. This is not based on the deposit or the combined total of bonus and deposit.

• Specific game categories may contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a set time period after the bonus is claimed.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence is found of strategic betting intended to exploit the bonus system, md444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity at md444:

• All bets and gaming decisions are final. If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, md444 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the amount wagered.
• Any attempt to gain an advantage through fraudulent activity, software interference, or any other unfair method will result in account closure.

• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or using matched betting strategies to earn bonuses.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in gaming or betting systems.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another user's account.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or technical errors in the md444 system to gain funds.

8. Account Suspension or Closure

md444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
